Swing into action - Elmbrook Education Foundation Golf Open coming June 17th

It's time to tee up for education! Golfer registration and sponsorship opportunities are officially open for the 11th Annual Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) Golf Outing, presented by Toyota of Brookfield.

Join us for a day of premier golfing and community networking, all in support of the Elmbrook School District's LAUNCH program.  LAUNCH is an award-winning, profession-based initiative that immerses Elmbrook high schoolers in real-world business environments to solve authentic industry challenges alongside professional mentors.

Golfers of all skill levels are encouraged to register as individuals or as a foursome. For local businesses looking to increase their visibility, the EEF offers a variety of sponsorship levels designed to showcase your commitment to our schools. If you aren’t a golfer, you can still contribute by donating items for our post-round auction and raffle.

For more information and to register or sponsor, please visit eefgo26.givesmart.com

Elmbrook Education Foundation Accepts Let’s Skate Foundation Donation in Support of Unified Sports

The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) is proud to accept a $2,000 donation from the Let’s Skate Foundation in support ofthe Unified Sports Program in Elmbrook Schools.  This contribution supports EEF’s broader commitment to raise $75,000 to sustain and expand Unified Sports opportunities for students across the district. Unified Sports brings together students with and without intellectual disabilities on the same teams, fostering teamwork, leadership, and mutual respect through shared athletic experiences. The program helps build authentic friendships, strengthens school pride, and promotes a culture of inclusion throughout the Elmbrook community.

The Let’s Skate Foundation was founded in 2021 by Brookfield Central Senior Aidan Liu, who combined his passion for speedskating with a desire to give back to the community. Let’s Skate provides free opportunities for children to try speedskating and affordable options for continued participation, increasing accessibility to the sport for youth.

“Unified Sports has had a profound impact on the community,” said Aidan Liu, founder of Let’s Skate. “The mission of Let’s Skate is to increase accessibility to speedskating for youth. As an Elmbrook community member, we wanted to give back to the school district that nurtured our foundation and help create opportunities for growth, inclusion, and athletic development. By fostering a supportive environment, we aim to empower the next generation and strengthen the community that helped shape us.”

Donations to the EEF's Unified Sports Initiative can be made directly at fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/UNIFIEDSPORTS

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the Elmbrook Education Foundation has already raised over $48,000 toward its $75,000 goal for this year's grant initiative: Unified Sports.  We’re closing in on the finish line with important work still ahead.

Unified Sports unites students with and without disabilities through teamwork, friendship, and healthy competition. Launched at Brookfield Central and Brookfield East high schools in 2021 by student Hannah Christianson, the program is now in it's fourth year and has expanded into Pilgrim Park and Wisconsin Hills Middle Schools, reaching more students than ever before.

Give today at fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/UNIFIEDSPORTS.  In addition, proceeds from the EEF's Explore STEAM event on February 18th will be donated to Unified Sports.  More info about the event is at exploresteam26.givesmart.com
