ABOUT US

The Elmbrook Education Foundation (formerly known as the Lancer-Spartan Scholarship Foundation) was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Elmbrook School District high school graduates. In 1999, the Foundation's mission expanded to include innovative teacher grants for projects that would benefit all students, raise money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. In 2020, our mission shifted again to include staff appreciation and recognition activities.

Since inception, the EEF has awarded over $1,700,000 in scholarships, and $845,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the District's budget.
The Elmbrook Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has provided scholarships and grants to Elmbrook students and schools for over 60 years. The EEF accomplishes its mission by partnering with parents, teachers, administrators, community members, and businesses throughout the year, highlighted by four annual fundraising events: Boos & Ghouls Night Out, Ladies Night, Explore STEAM, and the Elmbrook Golf Open.
In addition, we partner with The Corners of Brookfield to bring Thank You Thursday, a staff appreciation event throughout the months of February and March.
Complementary to our PTOs, whose focus are the schools they serve, the EEF takes a District-wide approach, with recent initiatives including support for the Nature Center, incorporation of coding into the K-5 curriculum, sensory tool kits in the elementary classrooms, replacement of musical instruments, partnering with Elmbrook’s LAUNCH program, Shared Theatre and Production Equipment, Robotics and Automation Space, Hydroponic Farms, and so much more.
