The Elmbrook Education Foundation proudly hosted EEF Scholarship Night on June 2 at the Sharon Lynn Wilson Center for the Arts, celebrating the achievements of outstanding Elmbrook seniors. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, PTOs, community groups, and family honorarium and memorial funds, over $105,000 in scholarships were awarded to students from both Brookfield East and Brookfield Central High Schools this year. It was an inspiring evening filled with stories of resilience, leadership, and bright futures ahead.
This event reflects the very heart of EEF’s mission. Founded in 1958 to award scholarships to Brookfield High School graduates, the Foundation expanded its mission in 1999 to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students and enhance educational opportunities beyond the district’s budget. To date, EEF has awarded over $1.7 million in scholarships and more than $845,000 in grants, strengthening experiences for students and staff across the entire Elmbrook Schools community.
