Brookfield, WI – Wednesday, February 26, 2025 – Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) will host the 3rd Annual Explore STEAM, presented by Generac and Milwaukee Tool, on Wednesday, April 9th, from 4:30-7pm at the Brookfield Central High School Main Gym. This event is a hands-on, interactive experience for the whole family. Children in grades K4-8th grade will have the opportunity to explore the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math as they move between the community sponsored booths.
“STEAM is not just a subject; it’s a way to explore the world around you. Every question you ask and every experiment you conduct brings you one step closer to discovering the amazing possibilities that lie ahead. So, let your curiosity lead the way – who knows what you might invent or discover next!” Elizabeth Simpson, Explore STEAM Chair.
Tickets are on sale beginning March 1st at https://ExploreSTEAM25.givesmart.com. Last year, this event sold out to over 700 attendees. Mark your calendars and get ready for a night filled with fun, learning, and inspiration. This is your opportunity to ignite your child’s passion for STEAM.
EEF was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation's mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students and raise money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. EEF has awarded over $1,700,000 in scholarships and over $845,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the district’s budget.
